It’s important to us to extend your protections beyond the manufacturers’ warranties, and to that end we offer our clients a Peace of Mind Warranty & Maintenance program. This begins and ends with our installers and the rigorous, standardized, step-by-step installation process that they follow. “Consistency is the key”, and we developed this process to cultivate consistency in both execution and results in the installation process. We know that when you purchase a quality product you expect that product to deliver quality performance, and that’s where our installers come in. Our standardized, step-by-step installation process includes a sign-off system, where each step is “signed off on” before moving on to the next; no matter how complex the job, our installers will do the job right, guaranteed. This includes the installation of bay and bow windows, creating openings where none existed before, and even putting doors where windows used to be (and vice versa).

• We prepare and protect the work area with drop cloths

• We remove the old window(s) and/or door(s)

• We inspect the area for rot and other damage that could be problematic as work progresses

• We prepare and clean the opening

• We install the new window, making sure it is plumb and square

• We insulate and seal the new window(s) and/or door(s)

• We apply all trim

• We clean the area

• We wash the new glass

• We dispose of the old window(s) and/or door(s)
