Renaissance Windows & Doors has been serving the Houston area for over 12 years. Our team of professional sales staff will use their wealth of industry knowledge to help you find the right windows and doors for your project and budget. Our attention to detail in creating your quote and measuring your windows, ensure you have exactly what you need the first time and there are no surprises.
Once we've helped you find the perfect windows and doors for your needs, our experienced and courteous installation team will come to your home and complete the job to your satisfaction. Our installers are both AAMA certified and Renovator certified for the handling of lead paint.
Patricia Perkins, Vice President/Owner
Patricia Perkins is an Aggie alumni with an industrial distribution degree and 13 years experience working with custom builders and remodelers. Working with remodelers has given her the confidence in the replacement/remodeling business due to her diligence of detail and knowledge of the products.
Wayne Culver, Sales Manager
Wayne is an experienced Sales Manager, with over 31 years of developing quality, honest Sales Representatives in the Home Improvement business. He enjoys helping customers transform their homes with beautiful, energy efficient, secure, windows and doors. He believes everyone should offer the best Product and Service available.
Derrick Wilson, Sales
Derrick graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Marketing. He brings more than 15 years in the residential replacement window and door market and 12 years with the Renaissance Windows and Doors family. He enjoys helping people design/create their new window dreams. He takes a lot of pride in providing the best window solutions and making every customer happy with the final result.
Jim O'Sullivan, Sales
Jim has 32 years experience in all phases of construction and studied building construction at Texas A&M for four years. He is a certified and qualified Lead Paint Renovator. He’s also certified in AAMA, scoring an above average 102%. Jim began his career with Renaissance Windows & Doors in 2001 and believes every job is important!
Joshua Miller, Operations Manager
Joshua is currently the Operations Manager handling measuring, ordering, scheduling, service and consulting with sales staff on installation procedures. He's also responsible for overseeing and managing the installation crews.
Craig Perkins, President/Owner
Craig has over 30 years in the building materials business. His plethora of experience includes sales and management that required unequaled commitment to the window replacement, remodel and turnkey construction process.
